Jah Ying is a social entrepreneur, hacker and growth consultant, focussed on optimizing resource allocation within and across sectors, organizations, communities and individuals.
Her last venture, a sponsorship marketplace called Launchpilots, connected 25,000 nonprofits with 2,000 brands across Asia, and was acquired by China’s largest influencer platform in 2017. While trained in business management, Jah Ying’s experience spans multiple sectors, having worked with think-tanks, aid agencies, environmental NGOs, tech startups, philanthropists and incubators.
Most recently, Jah Ying has been an Entrepreneur-In-Residence for private and public incubation programs such as venture-backed accelerator Betatron, and the Swiss Entrepreneur Program, advising entrepreneurs in the Balkan region. Building on this advisory work, she has launched GoodGrowth.io, an expert network helping high-impact organizations eliminate bottlenecks and scale their impact.
