After joining the Ministry of Finance in 2003, he has worked at Tax Bureau, Budget Bureau and Minister’s Secretariat. Also he has worked at EBRD in London and Embassy of Japan in Germany in Berlin. He holds LL.M. of European Law at Saarland University. He now works for Yamagata Prefectural Government as Director General for Innovation. He recently published a book about innovation, startup and local economy.

We want to deepen our focus on the Berlin and Asia startup ecosystems and hence we are initiating community partnerships with ecosystem players in both regions.
