Tien Ma is the Director of international Communications firm REDHILL, an emerging agency that excels in delivering value beyond press releases and time sheets. Tien started her career in Singapore, where REDHILL was founded and took the business to Europe with Berlin as the first location. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for spearheading the European expansion of a Singapore-headquartered company and has faced many cultural challenges in international settings. As a multilingual young professional who’s worked in different cultures, she has a passion for further driving the collaboration between ASEAN countries and the Western world by organising and taking part in delegation trips, localising clients’ communication efforts for different markets and creating impactful and meaningful campaigns.
