Working as a Head of Department to lead the development of application for end users, Telecom, Business Support Subsystem, and VAS Subsystem, responsible for the strategic planning to delivery of high quality of solutions always within time, cost, and quality parameters, and to ensure the improvement of the delivery through people, process, tools, and technologies. Working as another Head of Department to lead and manage innovation by using Open Innovation Framework which aggregates initiatives from various sources, vendors, startups, employees, academics, R&D units, and government agents.

We want to deepen our focus on the Berlin and Asia startup ecosystems and hence we are initiating community partnerships with ecosystem players in both regions.
