Matija Squire

Buzzy Games

Matija Squire is the COO of Buzzy Games. She has worked closely with Startups, Universities and Corporates throughout her career as an educator, mentor and consultant. She is a resident mentor at the Sydney Startup Hub and the Chair of Education on the board of the Australia Philippines Business Council. Matija has worked across the Asia Pacific and contributed to the growth and success of Startups in both the Philippines and Australia. Now the acting COO of Buzzy Games, Matija is dedicated to equipping our future leaders with the skills to thrive in an ever-changing technological landscape. Through game design Buzzy Games encourages children to collaborate, engage their imagination and tap into their creativity. We want to deepen our focus on the Berlin and Asia startup ecosystems and hence we are initiating community partnerships with ecosystem players in both regions. The idea is to support each other for cross-promotion on various communication channels and generally establish a relationship for long term collaboration so our existing AsiaBerlin community can be of help to our community partners in Asia as well.
