Founder, RAIDiCal
Allan Chou is the founder of RAIDiCal, an early stage tech fund of funds advisory and acceleration platform based in Shanghai focusing on finding the next phenoms in Robotics, AI, IoT and Big Data to mentor them in China and global expansions.
He’s also the director of Global Policy at the China Association of Technology Entrepreneurship and Incubation, a think tank created by the China Ministry of Science and Technology to find better ways to promote China’s Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Policy.
He is currently an adjunct professor in Innovation and Social Responsibility at the prestigious Fudan University’s Fanhai International School of Finance (FISF) in Shanghai.
Previously the Chief Marketing Officer at RocketSpace China and a partner at Garage Cafe, the first coffee themed Nationally recognized privately operated TMT incubator and co-working space in China.
He’s lived in China for 25 years and is a pioneer in corporate branding, digital marketing and online consumer research.
Before coming to China he worked in California State Government in the California State Senate and as Chief Assistant Secretary of State.
He is a strong champion for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in China and is an advocate of responsible leadership among young people through social entrepreneurship and innovation globally as one of the best solutions to improve international relations.
