The followed
panel discussion hosts leading experts from field of AI and Autonomous Driving. Together, we explore what are the respective challenges and how we can learn from each other.
We are especially excited to have a sneak preview into Humboldt-Tech Bridge next big milestone, the launch of the
HTB Accelerator Shanghai in December 2021.

About the StartUps
1. Neolix Technologies
Neolix (
www.neolix.net) is a global pioneer for autonomous driving (AD). Their intelligent mobile food carts and mobile shops are commercially deployed in over 30 cities, e.g. in a project together with Switzerland Post. Beyond that, its R&D department collaborates with world renown institutions to facilitate education of AI and AD, including ETH Zurich and Tsinghua University. Initiated in 2016, this startup is developing at a tremendous pace towards a unicorn with a current value at USD 620 million. This pitch reveals the latest possibilities of applied AI and AD in a practical environment in different countries.
Scott Zhang is the Director Operations at Neolix Autonomous Vehicle. In his role, Mr Zhang is responsible for the expansion, revenue and fleet management at the Beijing headquartered startup. His track record covers 10 years’ experience in the automotive, internet and AI industry with vast experienced in developing overseas business from 0 until successful expansions.
2. Brighter AI Technologies
brighter AI (
www.brighter.ai) was named “Europe’s hottest AI Startup” by Nvidia. The Berlin-based startup provides leading AI-based image and video anonymization solutions. Based on generative neural networks, brighter AI has developed Deep Natural Anonymization, which protects identities in line with privacy laws while enabling machine learning and video analytics use cases. Founded in 2018, brighter AI made its fast way to the international stage, working nowadays with large corporates such as Cruise, Renault, Stryker and Facebook. This pitch will showcase the latest possibilities of data anonymization and state-of-the-art AI applications in practice.
Thomas Strottner is Head of Business Development at brighter AI. Since joining the company in 2018, he builds up the business development and sales team, supported the founders in shaping the product strategy and is responsible for key clients including Renault, Cruise and Facebook. Thomas holds master’s degree in international business & management. Before joining brighter AI, he worked as a Management Consultant at Capgemini, advising CIO/CTO departments of leading automotive companies.
