Ces is a motivated serial social entrepreneur with extensive experience in program development and ecosystem building. A highly networked community expert, she has a proven track record in designing programs; executing high-profile initiatives, and is experienced in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships. She is passionate about social change and is committed to effecting positive change in people’s lives. In 2015, Ces Co-Founded Impact Hub Manila with the aim to catalyze purpose-driven entrepreneurs to use their enterprises as vehicles for social change. Impact Hub Manila is part of the largest network of entrepreneurs in the world. Impact Hub is currently present in 102 cities with over 17,000 Hubbers globally, with a collective thrust to building a society that works for all. As the current CEO of the company, Ces has taken the lead in developing the four business units of the company – including the incubation programs and corporate innovation arm.
