Katja is the founder of CONSTELLATIONS International, a consulting agency founded in Shanghai in 2009 and since 2016 also present in Berlin. CONSTELLATIONS´ mission: Creating and facilitating meaningful interactions to enable better learning, leading and collaborating towards sustainable futures. Prior to founding CONSTELLATIONS, Katja had been involved in European-Chinese cooperation for over a decade, working e.g. as Green Tech Manager at the German Chamber in China and later as a Shanghai Representative and Relationship Builder for the City of Hamburg. Linking people, potential and perspectives and devising integrated strategies for impact-driven collaboration is her passion. Besides having supported the Berlin Economic Senate this year with speaker invitation, CONSTELLATIONS is hosting an APW-satellite event: The CITYMAKERS-Social Entrepreneurship Competence Lab. This is in the frame of CITYMAKERS China-Germany, a platform for global learning for sustainable cities co-initiated by CONSTELLATIONS with support from the Robert Bosch Foundation.
