Event Summary
AsiaBerlin Summit 2023 marked the annual highlight of AsiaBerlin’s flagship conference, bringing together the most relevant representatives of startups, investors, corporates, and governmental institutions from Berlin and Asia under the theme Innovating Now for a Positive Future.
ABS Summit 2023 brought Berlin and Asia’s innovation communities together for five days of conference programming, guided tours, and satellite events. Alongside the main conference days, the summit expanded with three themed startup guided tours and nine satellite events across Berlin, creating more moments for founders, investors, corporates, and public actors to meet and collaborate. With strong international participation and an active speaker program spanning 20 panels and 5 keynotes, ABS2023 focused on advancing cross-border cooperation across mobility, green tech, and artificial intelligence.

- The audience spanned a diverse mix of professional profiles, with C-Levels making up the largest segment (31.1%), followed by Students (19.4%), Startup Founders (17.1%), Managers & Consultants (16.2%), Directors & Partners (14.3%), and Business Developers (1.9%).
- We welcomed 11 delegations from Asia: India, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Jakarta (Smart Change), GIZ Indonesia, GIZ Vietnam, China, Bangkok (Smart Change), and Hong Kong.
