I run revenue at Open Wonder, a Berlin company building the Brand Operating System for enterprise marketing teams. We capture a brand’s knowledge in a structured Brand Ontology and a Digital Twin, then let AI agents plan, create, adapt and govern content across markets and channels. Every approval and correction feeds back into the system, so it gets more autonomous and cheaper to run over time.
Alongside that, Aadi Vaidya and I write Love letter and a reckoning, a biweekly exchange from Berlin. It is a love letter to building and a reckoning with what the founder world is becoming. We started from two very different places, a small German town and a middle class Indian family, and keep ending up arguing for the same things: where ambition is allowed to grow, what separates good capital from bad, who you are without the title, and why staying put is often where the real muscle gets built. Some letters close the gap between us. Some don’t, and those tend to be the honest ones.
That is also what I bring to the mentoring circle. Not a playbook, but the questions that rarely get asked out loud: is this opportunity actually yours, what is the price of admission you are paying, and what do you want to be left with once the title is gone.
Before Open Wonder I spent more than 15 years in brand strategy and go to market, including senior roles at MetaDesign and Design Bridge & Partners, working with organisations such as Porsche, Airbus, Munich Re, Unilever, DHL and Stanford. The launch of ChatGPT in late 2022 was my turning point, and since then I have focused entirely on AI native ventures.
Happy to meet founders working through these questions, and anyone building brands or AI products across Asia and Europe.
