Colin Cheng is Chairman of Moon Capital and President of the Taipei Digital Asset Association (TDAA). He chairs the 19th-Term Presidents’ Fellowship of Taiwan’s National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and serves as a director at two listed companies. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at National Chengchi University and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Chinese Culture University and Huafan University. His work focuses on digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation, fintech, regulation, AI infrastructure and cross-border collaboration. Over the past year, he has spoken around the world, including in the United States, South Korea, Switzerland and around ten cities across Asia. In Switzerland, he spoke at ESG meets Blockchain Summit & Awards on blockchain, sustainable finance and impact investing, and gave a guest lecture at the SUPSI International Summer School in Lugano on Asian digital-asset policy and RWA cases. In Taiwan, selected speaking engagements include the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance’s 7th Financial Business and Legal Seminar and International FinTech Forum 2026; the Taiwan Provincial CPA Association; the Chinese Intangible Asset and Enterprise Valuation Association; and the Taiwan Provincial Chamber of Commerce. His talks have covered virtual-asset policy, accounting and tax, AML, valuation, and AI and digital-asset fraud prevention. At AsiaBerlin Summit 2026, he will join the Money Moves Focus Track to discuss the regulation and institutional adoption of digital assets, stablecoins and RWA.
