Colin Cheng is Chairman of Moon Capital and President of the Taipei Digital Asset Association. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at National Chengchi University and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Chinese Culture University and Huafan University. His work focuses on digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, real-world asset tokenisation, financial innovation, regulatory policy, AI infrastructure and cross-border collaboration. He advises businesses, financial institutions, public-sector organisations and startup ecosystems, and regularly speaks at international forums across Asia and Europe. At AsiaBerlin Summit 2026, he will contribute to the Money Moves Focus Track, sharing perspectives on how regulation, institutional adoption, stablecoins and RWA are reshaping global finance and creating new opportunities for Europe–Asia cooperation.
