I’ve spent most of my career building and scaling technology businesses across markets. I was part of the founding team at Zilingo in Singapore, where I served as COO helping scale the company across Asia and beyond. Today, I’m a Partner at The Scale Factory, working with European B2B software companies on international expansion, particularly building GTM teams and businesses in new markets.
Based in Berlin, I’m particularly interested in European startups going global, cross-border GTM, enterprise software and the intersection of Europe and Asia. I also guest lecture MBA students at INSEAD and mentor founders through Techstars.
