at Nick
My name is Nick, I'm digital artist and 3D motion designer from Ukraine. My art journey began with the idea that I want to dedicate my life to working on how to evoke emotions in people through the picture. I was engaged in shooting music videos and fashion photography, but I found myself in digital art. 3D was my favorite because it's a way to do everything imaginable from the comfort of your own room. I have always paid attention to the abundance of colors, unusual shapes, materials and rays of light. So I decided what I want to devote my life to.

In recent years, Detox became a trend for many people around the world. The process is about treating the organism right by "cleaning and getting rid of trash". But who takes care of Detoxing our environment? We do.

Minister at Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development
As Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, I know that Germany bears a special responsibility in global cooperation – as a builder of bridges and as a supporter. It must be our aim to enable everyone in the world to have a good life. I am concerned with preserving our livelihoods, with good development prospects, solidarity and justice.
As former Federal Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, I am convinced that climate and environmental protection can only be successful if it also answers social issues. And social justice only exists in an intact environment. The sustainable conversion of our economy and society to a greenhouse gas-neutral future is a modernization program for our country that ensures better quality of life in the cities, cleaner air and water and future-proof jobs. I am firmly convinced that this path is the only right one.

Climate and Hope. Two words not very prominently showing up together on stage these days. For a good reason.
We are standing in front of THE biggest challenges of our times, caused by climate change. The awareness of the pressure to act has increased significantly, and now we need to think about how do we actually get the best ideas for solutions. How good can they be when we are caught in pessimism, fear or anger about the crisis? How visionary can you be when you are told that you will never live on that level of prosperity again as you used to do, that this was the best it could get? The human ingenuity it needs to find solutions to these fundamental challenges, is blocked. In order to be unlocked, it needs optimism, and bravery. Because ultimately, the tools it needs already exist.
Join Daniela on a 3-min thought-provoking journey of inspiration to ask ourselves the questions that really matter: What if the things we fear to lose actually make space for better things to come?

Contemporary cities reveal a plethora of challenges. After two centuries of urbanization and industrialization, the cities became main drivers of climate change and social inequality. Being the most dynamic invention of humankind and hotspots of creative, political and intellectual capital, cities also offer immense potential to be cradles of social, spatial and economic innovation. Therefore, if we want cities to become smart, sustainable and inclusive habitats, it requires data-driven, evidence-based cross-sectoral urban and economic models & policies. This session, co-organized by Drees&Sommer - Integrated Urban Solutions, will offer insights from different disciplinary and regional voices. The aim is to reveal integrated techniques and methods to uncover the latent potential of human, financial and societal strata through showcasing project-based initiative in several contemporary cities in Europe and Asia.

The Metaverse will change our lives. It will dissolve the boundaries between the virtual and the physical world. Contrary to the current internet, it uses advanced virtualization and technologies so that we can fully immerse ourselves in virtuality. A large part of the current content in Web 2.0 is already generated via the Creator Economy; Independent creatives building their own tech-enabled businesses. They currently primarily produce videos, texts and images. But in the Metaverse we need much more than that: digital architects, digital designers, digital carpenters and many more are needed.
We start with an impulse about the development possibilities of the Metaverse for a virtual ecosystem and then initiate the co-creative phase together: What can we do so that the new Internet does not repeat the mistakes of the current Internet and contribute to an increase in prosperity?

Joining her on this session will be the key individuals, Bryan Blanc and Farrel Darian, from Netra, Asia’s first royalty-sharing NFT platform. Netra has drawn in many Indonesian musicians, including Sandhy Sondoro, one of Indonesia’s prolific musician, filling up stadions in Indonesia. Well-established now globally, he started on the streets in Berlin/Germany, Sandhy will be joining Netra on their platform, and will be releasing his first German song on Netra - Berlin! Berlin! Ick lieb dir so sehr!
And for those who have yet to discover the perks and benefits of collecting music NFTs, Claudia, Bryan and Farrel will share with you the latest trends and opportunities from their perspective, and support you in setting up your first wallet!

The Metaverse has been a hot topic in the digital space as many industries are beginning to understand its potential and challenges. In this panel we will discuss with early adopters from Indonesia, representing the music and healthcare industry. They will share their perspective of the Indonesian way of building the future with Metaverse.
Claudia Siregar is leading this panel. As a German-Indonesian entrepreneur, who started her first company in Singapore over a decade ago, she says: “with soon 300 million inhabitants and an internet penetration rate at 73.7%, the democratic and multi-ethnic country, with the largest Muslim population globally, is still too often overseen, especially in Europe and Germany, as one of Asia´s digital giants.”
With Indonesia´s - gotong royong - way, which is deeply culturally rooted and far more than collaboration or working together, we hope our panel contributes to how to look at Creative and Digital Indonesia, and its global role, from now onwards.
